Affinity Art does not get involved with any financial transactions
between the artist and buyer and is not responsible for any
losses that may be incurred.
Postage of the artwork is the full responsibility of the
artist and Affinity Art will in no way involve themselves
in the delivery of the art work to the customer. Any difficulties
arising from this must be handled with the artist directly.
There is a small charge of £25.00 to cover administrative
costs in setting up your artwork on the website. On receipt
of your application we will send you a link to pay online.
When payment is received your artwork will be uploaded.
The work displayed on the Affinity Art website is shown as
is and is not an exact representation of the original artwork.
Colours may differ slightly from the original work.
All work displayed is copyrighted by the artist who produced
them.
An artist may request withdrawal of their art from the website
at any time.
Affinity Art is not obligated in any way to post work that
has been sent. You will be informed when the artwork is posted.
If we feel the work is not in keeping with the overall theme
of the website the work may not be posted and you will be
informed as to why.
Warranty
You expressly understand and agree that you use this service
at your own risk.
Affinity Art Makes no warranty that
a. the service will meet your requirements
b. the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
c. the results that may be obtained from the use of the service
will be accurate or reliable
Your work will be displayed on this website but we have no
control over anyone copying it for their own use. If you prefer
to have a copyright watermark on your artwork please supply
pictures already in this format.
Privacy Statement
Information is collected about the artist when applying to
display art. This information is kept by Affinity Art and
is used for internal purposes only and will not be passed
on to any 3rd party.
If a buyer expresses an interest in your art we will pass
this information on to you. We will not divulge your contact
details to the buyer.
