DELIVERY

 

Postage and packaging is included in the painting price (EXCLUDING COMMISSION BASED WORK) shipping to UK only, and will be sent securely packaged via the best available insured option, depending on its size.  In the unlikely event that the painting arrives damaged,  full refund will be provided, or the painting can be replaced, whichever the customer prefers. 

 

If the customer receives a purchased item and is not fully satisfied, return or exchange can be arranged 14 days after receipt of item.  A full refund will be issued (less shipping charges) providing the painting is returned in its original condition. 

 

All artwork will be signed with a certificate of authenticity included, alongside a compliment slip

COMMISSIONED BASED ARTWORK

 

Just post (135 Tyesdale, South Bretton, Peterborough, PE3 9XZ) or email ( karen35green@yahoo.co.uk ) a high quality photograph of the image you wish to be painted stating the medium and any background colour scheme (if required to suit your home interior).  Alternatively text ART to 07525251426 for a call back. A deposit payment of £50 will be necessary (via pay pal below or cheque) Please allow one to two weeks (depending on size and medium) for completion of painting. You will  then receive an email with a photograph of the commissioned art work attached for your approval.  On approval a final payment (including postage and packaging if REQUIRED- via pay pal below or cheque) will be made before the painting is posted/collected.  Paintings are available in Acrylic /Mixed Media / Oil / Watercolour, a guide to the scale of pricing is as follows:

LEGALITIES

 

Copyright remains with the artist at all times meaning that the customer is not to reproduce images of any of the paintings for commercial use without her prior consent.  However, if the customer is interested in using one or more of my images for  their  projects they can contact the artist as she will always be happy to consider requests.
